Combined with the Drum kit this was great. As an ardent fan of Ringo Starr this was just the accessory I needed to complete my Beatles Rock Band!

These make a 10/10 addition to the Rock Band 2 or Rock Band:The Beatles drum set, but they are a bit noisy. If they featured better padding, they woulde be just perfect.

Would you not be as well buying Guitar Hero's new Band Hero set? Hear me out tho..
I have the Guitar Hero World Tour kit.. and it's compatible with all Rockband games and comes with two cymbals attatched, rather than having it the Rockband strange way and having to hit drums instead of cymbals (which makes NO sense to me as a drummer!)
Also.. Rockband drums aren't compatible with Guitar Hero so therefore you can only buy the Rockband games.
Now seriously.. think about this.. Guitar Hero Metallica is probably the best instrument game out there! You can REALLY get torn into it as well with Expert + mode on the drums.. so why would you not want to be able to have Metallica, Beatles, and all the Guitar Hero and Rockband games, and Band Hero?
It's severely easy. Get Band Hero! And you get universal instruments with it! Easy! Then all you need is another guitar (I'd go for the Rockband Beatles editions.. SWEEEEET!) and you're sorted! :)
Becareful with compatibility

Adding Cimbals on the rockband battery is really different. It could be difficult at the begining, if you already trained to use the yelloz drum as the charley, but it seems to be more realistic.
You just have to be careful that those cymbals are only compatible with the wireless battery, so the one with Rock Band 2 and Rock Band Beatles LIMITED edition. It does not work with the other edition of Rock Band Beatles.
An additional point is that in free mode, the game knows the difference between drums and cymbals, therefore you have 3 cymbals and 4 drums. The only restriction is that you can't play the cymbal and the drums of the same color at the same bit, because you will hear only the sound of the drum.
